FAQs for Paintings
Shipping costs for canvas paintings are determined by destination, and are paid separately. A shipping invoice will be sent after purchase of the painting is complete.
Please contact me using the contact form if you'd like an estimate of shipping costs. Include your shipping address and which painting you're interested in purchasing in the body of the message.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Please contact me if you wish to return a painting. Paintings must be returned within 14 days of receiving the package. Any return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is also needed.
You will be notified once I’ve received and inspected your return, and I will let you know if a refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
